TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All photography is carried out exclusively by Alasdair McBroom from Big Glass Eye Photography. In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond our control, a substitute photographer will be dispatched by Big Glass Eye Photography to fulfill the obligations of photography contracted. The time that Big Glass Eye Photography is in attendance at The Event will be arranged before The Event and no alterations will be made on the date of The Event.

Due to the limited and subjective nature of The Event, Big Glass Eye Photography cannot be held responsible for requested photographs being missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications caused by but not limited to, anyone in or at The Event or by the church or location restrictions. Big Glass Eye Photography is not responsible for lost photo opportunities due to other cameras or flashes, the lateness of the bride, groom, or other principles. Big Glass Eye Photography will do its best to fulfill all requests but can make no guarantees all images will be delivered.

The Clients hereby grant Big Glass Eye Photography a personal, un-restricted, non-transferable, royalty-free right to use and publish photographs of The Clients or in which The Clients may be included, including any persons at The Event as advertising or reference material for Big Glass Eye Photography. In so doing, Big Glass Eye Photography shall not represent The Clients or any persons at the event in a demeaning, satirical or offensive manner. Big Glass Eye Photography shall not use images captured puruant to this agreement in any other manner except as may be agreed between The Clients and Big Glass Eye photography in a separate agreement. All of the photographs from The Event are kept in storage by Big Glass Eye Photography for one year from the date of The Event. After this they are deleted due to the amount of storage required to keep so many images on file.

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases except where Big Glass Eye Photography is responsible for canceling The Event. The Balance of payment is due on or before the date of The Event. Big Glass Eye Photography reserves the right to cancel The Event without refunding the deposit in the case of dispute over payment of The Balance. The Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits.

Selection of images for Albums should occur within one year from the date of The Event. Albums created outside this time will be subject to price increases. Due to the nature and substitution of products by suppliers, some product substitution may occur to The Clients but will always be of like value.
